Having a halloween party! Do this.
Go to any craft store or your local large super store and get some yarn, string or even ribbon. (whatever you prefer. You can get a large container of beads (all assorted or if you prefer to stick with the holloween theme holloween colors.).
Cut string, ribbon or yarn to desired length and thread through desired beads.
You can tie or make loop at one end and tie bead at other end and slide, tied bead through loop and you have yourself a clasp.
